  1. Discovery

We document your existing numbers, users, equipment, call routing, and business requirements.

  2. Design

We map how incoming and outgoing calls should work and configure Xennect around those requirements.

  3. Deployment

We prepare users, devices, and applications, and coordinate the transition.

  4. Number Porting

We work through the process of transferring the phone numbers your customers already know.

  5. Training

Employees learn what they actually need to know to use the system, nothing more.

  6. Ongoing Management

When employees join or leave, hours change, routing needs adjusting, or you want to add capabilities, Xennect remains the company you call.

Common questions about switching to Xennect

It depends on your number of users, lines, and how much custom call routing needs to be rebuilt. We scope this with you during Discovery before anything is scheduled.
We coordinate number porting and cutover to minimize disruption, and we've been known to assign temporary numbers to avoid critical outages during transition (something the big name providers never do). Plus we are on alert during go-live to catch and fix anything that needs adjusting immediately.
